Just spent a nice quarter of an hour standing in line at my local post office. It was, in all fairness, very busy and the staff working there are invariably very quick and professional. They always seem to get things moving very smoothly. And yet there were plenty of people moaning and griping about having to wait a bit longer than usual. People just do my head in sometimes..
